1. Nature of Digital Products

All products offered on this platform are downloadable digital PDF files and study guides. Because digital goods are immediately accessible and downloadable upon purchase, they are generally non-refundable and non-returnable once delivery has taken place.

2. Exceptions & Refund Eligibility

We are dedicated to customer satisfaction and will issue a full refund or replacement under the following specific circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same order due to a technical error or network timeout.
• Payment Deducted but Order Not Received: If amount was deducted from your bank/UPI but you did not receive download access or email confirmation within 12 hours.
• Corrupted File: If the downloaded PDF file is damaged/unreadable and our support team is unable to provide a functional replacement within 24 hours.
